-Rates are for 2 people - each additional person: $10 per day

-A 50% deposit for each reservation is due at the time of booking

-If cancelled at least 14 days before arrival day a $20 cancellation fee will be deducted from the deposit refund. If cancelled less than 14 days before arrival day the 50% deposit will be forfeited

-Reservation balance is due upon arrival

-We accept credit cards, checks, and cash (exact change only)

-Cash Discount. Save 4% when booking, if you pay by cash/check for entire reservation

-No daily housekeeping (linens are provided)

​

-Pets & grills are NOT allowed

-One parking spot per room

​

-Extra parking spots can be reserved depending on availability: $10 per day

-NO REFUNDS for early departures
